Debre Berhan Kidest Selassie in Lilburn Georgia is a member of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo of Southeastern Diocese in North America. Our parish started off as a small devotees, who were faithful in God’s work and were committed to serve their community while building a congregation that is full of love, caring and serving others to love God.

The Churches Parrish council (Sebeka Gubae) puts at most the below strategic missions:

  • Preaching the gospel, and teaching love and peace.
  • Instilling the foundation of our church through a structured continued curriculum education.
  • Providing bible study and our religion though its learning division for children to kids and parents
  • Provide liturgical services, Sunday school and sermon.
  • Helping our community by providing accommodation and tailored services to children of special needs, creating embracing environment to families.
  • Readying congregation to live Godly so as to live a life full of hope, purpose by making them take the Holy Communion (Neseha and Sega Wodemu Mekebel)
